Welcome to Rebel Physio

Being injured can be a difficult time, from an injured professional athlete not being able to perform on the highest stage, the amateur athlete missing the event they have trained months for through to the weekend warriors not being able to participate in your weekly game of rugby, football or tennis with their friends. Here at Rebel physio, we have a rehab philosophy that helps not only your recovery from injury but also your quality of life now and for years in the future.

What Rebel Physio stands for

R - Rehab

Rehab is the key component to recovering from injury and returning to the activities you love. It is not only important to have an excellent plan in place, but the focus and intent of the plan is vital for the plan to be a success. Not only must the physical aspect of injury be addressed but also the psychological.
